Long-Term Strategic Plans
It is essential that companies develop longer-term strategic plans in order to keep pace with the market place and to constantly challenge themselves to improve their business model and overall return on investment. Our work in this area includes market opportunity research, SWOT analysis, staff interviews, current and target customer interviews and subsequent strategies. We work with management in initially outlining the scope of the project and objectives, then set scheduled update meetings to review progress and adapt as necessary. The finished project is typically provided in a management retreat or off-site business planning session.
